chedoo is a family calendar coordination platform that:
- Synchronizes calendar data from Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook
- Applies privacy scrubbing to protect sensitive work calendar information
- Provides family calendar coordination and conflict detection
- Offers AI-powered natural language scheduling assistance
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use chedoo, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use chedoo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the service.
Acceptable Use

- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with any person or entity
Privacy & Data
Your use of chedoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to:
- The collection and use of your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy
- Privacy scrubbing of work calendar events in accordance with your settings
- Sharing of calendar availability with family members you explicitly invite
Subscription & Payment
Free Tier
chedoo offers a free tier with limited features. The free tier may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
Intellectual Property
Our Property: The service, including all content, features, functionality, and software, is owned by chedoo Technologies Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any calendar data and content you provide. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Feedback: Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about chedoo may be used by us without obligation to you.
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. The service may be unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Unforeseen technical issues
- Third-party service outages (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook)
- Force majeure events
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- chedoo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service
- Our total liability for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the settings page or by contacting us.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We will delete or anonymize your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Changes to Terms

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.
