Member limits count signed-in people, including the owner. Child profiles do not use member slots. Connection limits count provider accounts, not individual calendars inside an account. A paid family plan extends its connection allowance to adults in that active household. The owner’s plan sets its shared tools and capacity. Joining another family does not use your owned-space allowance. Essential reminders are included with every plan. Super Pro currently adds capacity; multi-household automation and reusable routines are not included yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Review the timing and amount in the billing portal before confirming a change.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll be notified when approaching your limits. To add more members or accounts, simply upgrade your plan.
Is my data secure?
Calendar credentials are encrypted by the application. Work details are hidden in the shared family view. Chedoo processes calendar data on its servers; it is not end-to-end encrypted.
Do you offer refunds?
