A few things to know.

What is an .ics file?

An iCalendar (.ics) file is a standard calendar format. Open or import your download in Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar or Chedoo. It adds the events you selected; it does not create a live connection to the original PDF.

Which PDFs work best?

Clear calendars with explicit dates and readable text work best. Scans can work, but small print and ambiguous dates need closer review. Choose up to five pages from a PDF up to 2 MB, and add year context when needed. The converter supports a date range of up to one year.

What about recurring events and holidays?

Explicit repeating schedules are expanded into individual events inside your chosen date range, including readable exclusions. All-day events and multi-day holidays keep their dates. Unclear times are flagged for you to correct or leave out before downloading.

What happens to my PDF?

With your permission, selected pages are sent to Google Gemini for calendar extraction. Chedoo processes them without saving a document or event history to an account. Your preview remains in this page session until you close, refresh or clear it. Short-lived usage counters enforce fair-use limits. Read our privacy policy before sending sensitive documents.

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-in, email address or payment is needed. The free tool allows three conversion attempts per network each day, subject to overall daily capacity. Reviewing and downloading a preview does not use another attempt.
